You can't out-think this transformation. You can only out-learn it.
AI isn't just changing how code gets written. It's changing how engineering organizations work. The people who can help you the most are the senior engineering leaders making the same bets at the same scale.
Gather is a free, invite-only peer community for senior engineering leaders navigating the agentic transition.
What brings you here?
Community
Join the peer community where senior engineering leaders figure out what's actually working for AI adoption. Monthly events online, in NYC, and the Bay Area (more cities soon!).
Insights
Read what we're learning. Free weekly articles, interviews with agentic pioneers and engineering leaders, and the O'Reilly book in progress.
Services
Get direct help scaling AI adoption in your engineering org. Coaching, consulting, and workshops from someone who builds what he teaches.

Why me?

I build what I teach. My own multi-agent orchestrator with durable execution, configurable pipelines, and a compounding memory system. If I'm going to tell you to adopt AI, I should be doing it myself. I am.
But building agents isn't the hard part. The hard part is getting 200 engineers to change how they work. I help senior engineering leaders figure out the org design side: how to scale pilots, when to centralize vs. let teams experiment, how to support engineers through the transition, and how to measure what's actually working.
I host the CTO Hour for O'Reilly and the executive summits at KubeCon. I'm writing the O'Reilly book on Scaling AI Adoption in Engineering. And I've spent fifteen years interviewing, hosting, and connecting senior engineering leaders.
